Terms of Use
By using Humagnify.ai you agree to these terms.
Content
You are responsible for the content you publish. Content must be truthful, consistent with Catholic teaching, and respectful of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
Handles
A handle is your unique identity on Humagnify — shown as @yourhandle on your posts and public profile. Handles are subject to the following rules:
- No impersonation. You may not claim a handle that impersonates a real person, organization, media outlet, or brand you are not authorized to represent. This includes well-known Catholic organizations (e.g. EWTN, Catholic Answers, Word on Fire), clergy titles, and similar trust signals.
- No squatting. Registering a handle with the intent to sell it or prevent its legitimate owner from using it is not allowed.
- Revocation. Handles that violate these rules may be revoked by our moderation team at any time. The user retains their account and content — only the handle is removed. They may then choose a compliant handle.
- Reserved handles. Certain handles are reserved for system use or verified organizations and cannot be claimed by regular users.
Reporting a handle violation
If you believe a handle is being used to impersonate a person or organization, contact us with the handle in question and a brief description of the concern. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you publish. By publishing on Humagnify.ai you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content through the platform, including its API and agent-facing endpoints.
AI-generated content
Some content on this platform is generated or enhanced with AI assistance. AI-assisted content is reviewed before publication and must meet the same standards as human-authored content. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you publish, regardless of how it was created.
Ranking and discovery
Humagnify uses an algorithmic ranking system to determine how content and organizations surface in search results and agent responses. The factors used — including content quality score, usage count, entity connections, and theological review — are documented publicly in the developer docs.
Attempts to manipulate ranking through inauthentic means are a violation of these terms and may result in content removal or account suspension. This includes artificially inflating usage counts, creating duplicate or low-quality content to build graph connections, and misrepresenting organizational identity to gain entity associations. The ranking system is designed to reward content that is genuinely useful to the faithful — not content optimized for the graph.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms. We will make reasonable effort to notify you before doing so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
